The prices indicated are the latest available. Prices are subject to change if the production costs for materials or suppliers’ prices increase. Due to potential programming or data entry errors, SPI reserves the right to verify price accuracy. 

Merchandise transportation

Please refer to our transportation policy for all questions concerning goods delivery.

Merchandise return

When ordering an item, and if you want to cancel the order or return it, you must first call us to establish an agreement and make arrangements for the next steps. In the event where the goods ordered are already shipped, additional transportation fees may apply. The merchandise returned will also be inspected. Any damage could incur restocking fees or any other fees, and even the refusal of the return, before the payment is credited.

How can I return merchandise?

We hope that all products you buy from SPI Health and Safety give you complete satisfaction. Should you need to request a refund or exchange, this is possible within 30 days following delivery. Additional charges will apply beyond this period. Please note that no return will be accepted after 90 days and that certain conditions apply:

• The item must be intact and as new
• The item must be kept in its original packaging
• You must have a copy of your invoice or purchase order
• The item must not be a special order

Special orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless due to an error on our part or a defective product. Special order cancellations are subject to cancellation fees.

Every return is subject to transport and restocking fees.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy

For more details on the cancellation policy, please refer to the service offer or contact us by email at [email protected].

Rescheduling or cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

• More than 10 business days: no penalty.
• 10 to 6 business days: 50% of the fees.
• Less than 5 business days: 100% of the fees.

Absence or Lateness Policy:

Lateness to training sessions will not be tolerated.

SPI Health and Safety reserves the right to cancel the training if the minimum required number of participants is not reached. In such cases, the registration fees will be fully refunded to participants enrolled at the time of cancellation.

SPI Health and Safety limits registration to 12 participants per group.

SPI Health and Safety is accredited by Emploi-Québec and holds the accreditation number: 0057488.

5. Refunds and Returns: Coupon amounts will not be refunded when items are returned, as they have no cash value. If you apply a coupon to your order, the coupon value will be automatically deducted from your first return.
6. Rights Reserved: SPI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. Governing Law: Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
