SPI Health and Safety acquires Rubicon Safety Inc.

In February 2022, we announced our partnership with Rubicon Safety, a Burlington, Ontario-based company that is renowned for the quality of its work at heights, confined space and rescue services. We are now pleased to announce the full acquisition of Rubicon and its integration into SPI Health and Safety, effective June 24, 2024. 

This merger will allow you to benefit from an expanded range of personal protective equipment solutions, customized services and training approved by the OWWCO (Ministry of the Environment) and the Director General of Prevention of the Ontario Ministry of Labour for its work at heights courses.   

We want to take this opportunity to thank Lorraine Kearsey-Carter, President of Rubicon Safety, for her dedication and commitment to the company, its employees, customers and partners over the years.
