Health and safety leader strengthens its expertise in occupational hygiene

Blainville, December 1, 2021 – SPI Health and Safety is pleased to announce the acquisition of the British Columbia occupational hygiene branch operation of Total Safety Canada.

Located in Burnaby, the branch operation services clients in oil and gas and other sectors through certified occupational hygiene professionals (CIH, ROH, CRSP, CHSC). The experienced team supports clients in addressing risks such as air quality, noise and vibration exposure to ensure optimal prevention of workplace hazards.

This is the 23rd acquisition for SPI Health and Safety, which will soon celebrate its 50th anniversary. On March 1st, 2021, SPI acquired CONFIAN, a Quebec-based company known for its customer service and expertise in health and safety.
