Made from a premium fabric, the FR-Tech® blend of 88% cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon, weighing 10 oz (340 gsm), this overall provides superior protection.

Featuring a blend of modacrylic viscose insulation and a 100% flame-resistant cotton lining, this overall meets the strictest safety standards, including CGSB 155.20-2017, NFPA 2112-2018, CSA Z96-22 Category 2 Level 2, and Category 2 Level FR. It is also UL certified, ensuring exceptional quality and reliability.

The overall is sewn with inherently flame-resistant thread, and all metal components are covered to eliminate the risk of electrical arc exposure. With a medium Thermal Protective Performance (TPP) rating of 14.9 cal/cm², it also meets the ASTM F1506-20A, NFPA 70E-2021, and CSA Z462-2021 standards. Its ATPV of 58 cal/cm² provides advanced thermal protection against electrical arcs, while its ARC 4 rating ensures enhanced safety.

For optimal visibility, the overall is equipped with flame-resistant StarTech® retroreflective tape. It also features robust double stitching, a radio attachment strap, and 5.3 oz (180 gsm) flame-resistant modacrylic viscose insulation.

The two-way brass zipper is flame-resistant, anti-blocking, and equipped with a storm flap for additional protection. The overall has 7 storage pockets, including 2 at the back, 2 at the chest, 1 on each side, and 1 for tools. Adjustable elastic suspenders and an elastic waist provide a comfortable fit, while 3/4-length leg zippers with snap buttons on each side facilitate easy wearing and removal of the overall. Additionally, a hammer loop is included for convenient access to your tools.
